Contacts in Peru and Bolivia
Wilfredo Nicochea in Peru and Cesar Soto in Bolivia are responsible for the support of local partners. Like their colleagues in Belgium and Luxemburg they 
monitor SOS Faim’s projects in Latin America and are responsible for relations with local partners. Their presence in the field constitutes an effective way of maintaining closer links with other NGOs and local authorities. It also facilitates relations with our partners. Moreover, their native knowledge of the language as well as familiarity with local problems benefit all concerned.
Regular meetings between them and their European counterparts are held to ensure the coherence of aims and strategies.
