In a given territory, there is a huge potential for consolidating civil society, with the prospect of giving citizens more power, more opportunities, and more resources. This is done by operating both socio-economic and political levers. What is more, in rural areas, fighting against poverty as well as strengthening the capacities of family farmers are crucial issues.
